Me. A Very Serious Profile Picture. (I don't actually look this arrogant!)My name is Eric and this blog is about the work I do. I focus on helping organizations measure, understand and improve their impact online.

I have over ten years of communications and campaigning experience, working with organizations ranging from political parties to international NGOs to small advocacy groups.

My consulting work focuses on helping not-for-profit and independent business clients  measure and improve their online performance.  Since early 2012 I have focused on coaching and consulting for web analytics, which helps organizations understand and improve their online performance. I am certified in Google Analytics and use a range of tools to monitor and optimize the performance of websites, email marketing, social media, online advertising and ecommerce (including online donations).
